Robberies moved into 2nd place from 9th place and tied with Property Crime, which moved up to 2nd place from 5th place.

Executive Protection moved into 4th place and Political Unrest/Regional Instability/National Disasters moved into 5th place, both moving up from a tie for 9th place in 2008.
