The top security threat for 2010 in the Finance and Insurance industry was Workplace Violence Prevention/ Response, moving up from 2nd place in 2008. Internet/Intranet Security dropped from 1st place in 2008 to 2nd place in 2010. Business Continuity Planning/Organizational Resilience remained in 3rd place. Executive Protection moved into 4th place and Political Unrest/Regional Instability/National Disasters moved into 5th place, both moving up from a tie for 9th place in 2008.
